We bought our Caldera Spa from New Products, Inc. in 2010 and have been extremely satisfied with it ever since. There was a minor issue in the second year and the owner, Jim Henderson came out that same day and fixed it without charge because it was still under warranty. Since then it has continued to perform beautifully without any problems ever since. I have nothing but the highest praise for Caldera spas but more importantly I have the utmost confidence in Mr. Henderson’s integrity, professionalism and product knowledge, including installation.
