this was one of the most enjoyable “big ticket” purchases ever for me.
I did my research and narrowed it down to three hot tub brands then went shopping in three counties ( marin, sonoma and alameda) for a good company and a competitive price
Within five minutes of meeting jim , I knew I wanted to buy a spa from New Products that feature caldera spas
He explained everything to me, gave me a very fair price, came to my house for initial site inspections and helped me arrange excellent contractors for cement pads and electrical hookups
I went with jim because he has been in business for over 35 years and services and supports what he sells. I also like the fact I was dealing with the owner and not a commissioned sales rep looking to make promises they can’t keep and charge higher prices for the same product…and to make it better, jim even delivered and installed the tub himself with his son….not some outside company that just delivers, sets up and leave
Overall I was impressed with everything about new products inc and jim henderson..we now have the perfect hot tub and everything went better than expected….to me this is the only place to buy a hot tub !
