Working with Jim, the owner, at New Products has been a completely positive experience. Even though I didn’t purchase my hot tub from this business, Jim has been more helpful than many merchants through whom I have purchased products! He spends as much time with me as I need on the phone, provides clear explanations and directions and is a pleasure to work with. Similar to others who have reviewed this business, Jim doesn’t try to seel me anything I don’t need and tries top help me NOT to spend money. He has integrity and he knows everything there is to know about hot tubs. I wish I had purchased my hot tub through him originally, but I’ll never go anywhere else in the future.
