I first worked with New Products about 25 years ago. The home I bought had an old cedar hot tub that was on the blink. For a very reasonable price Jim added a new fiberglass spa building custom support and has maintained the system for all of that time. Recently James came out to trouble shoot a problem and it was like deja vu all over again….great service, reasonable prices. Whether it is a repair or a new system these guys are the most knowledgeable in the area.
