I had a very good experience with Jim and New Products. I found him to be very upfront, honest and the most knowledgeable about spas and equipment of any vendors I have spoken with. I purchased a new spa cover for around the same price as I could have bought online and I was able to spend time asking questions at the showroom. The cover fits perfectly and they eve delivered it and took away the old tattered cover that weighed 50 pounds! When it’s time to upgrade our tub to a new modern version, I will not have to waste products.
