When I had a mystery leak in my 5 year old hot tub, I searched for a repair service & had the best possible luck in finding New Products. James arrived promptly & was able to diagnose & do the repair very rapidly. Owner Jim came by & worked alongside James to fine tune the electrical set up. James & Jim are highly professional, intelligent and personable, perfect examples of courtesy and quality work ethic. And the service call costs are very reasonable.
(I just wish I had bought my hot tub from New Products years ago, and I definitely plan to deal with them when it’s time to replace my current hot tub.)
